Delivery within the UK is FREE.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS

From the 15th December, all orders will be dispatched the same day, if ordered before midday. All orders for Christmas will now be sent by Royal Mail First Class ‘Tracked’, or if it’s over £150 by next day ‘Special Delivery. If your order is less than £150, but you'd like it sent by special delivery, you can choose this at the checkout for an added cost.

Alternatively, if you're local, we can arrange a time for you to collect your order from me this week at the studio, or from the Coburg House shop between the 20th & 24th Dec, which is open 11am - 4pm. Choose ‘Pick Up’ at the checkout.
Orders for collection will need to be placed before midday on Friday 19th Dec.

Any orders placed after Thursday 18th for delivery will be dispatched on the 5th January.

NORMAL DISPATCH TIMES WILL RESUME AFTER 5TH JANUARY 2025

All in stock items are dispatched within 1 -3 working days.

All orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail, First Class ‘Tracked’ or next day ‘Special Delivery’. How it is sent depends on the item, it’s value and urgency. If your order is over £150, it will automatically be sent by special delivery.

International Orders are sent by Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ and costs £15 upwards (plus £1 each for any additional items). Unfortunately, there is currently no option for international delivery at the checkout. Please contact Donna before ordering and Donna will be able to arrange this option for you.

Unfortunately, Donna is currently unable to dispatch to the EU and Northern Ireland due to new GPSR regulations. Donna can still ship to the US and some countries outside of the EU.

The buyer is responsible for any import fees.

Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs.

DISPATCH DATES

Each individual product has a specified delivery time. Please contact Donna if you would like your item by a certain date and she will do her best to accommodate you.

All items apart from ‘made to order’ rings are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.

Bespoke orders (rings) will have longer lead times, as stated on each individual listing. Please contact Donna if you have any queries.

GIFT WRAPPING

If your order is a gift and you would like it delivered direct to the recipient, please inform Donna in the ‘additional information’ section at the checkout and she will gift wrap it for you. You can also request a card with a handwritten personal message.
